Hakodate Hotel Banso, Hakodate

I visited Hakodate Hotel Banso specifically for the onsen, and I was not disappointed! The facilities were clean, and the indoor and outdoor onsens were fantastic. The steam room had a lovely scent, and the dry sauna was refreshing. After my soak, I enjoyed relaxing in a spacious lounge area with drinks and ice popsicles. The price for non-guests was also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this onsen to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The breakfast and dinner buffets at Hakodate Hotel Banso exceeded my expectations. The variety of food, including fresh sushi and sashimi, is especially noteworthy. I loved being able to sample a range of dishes and the quality was fantastic. The dining area was pleasant, making every meal an enjoyable experience. I can confidently say it was one of my favorite dining experiences during my stay!

Upon arrival at my Japanese-style room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spacious layout. The decor was warm and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful design element of an additional door leading into the sleeping area, effectively blocking out noise. The comfortable beds and nice balcony offered a perfect spot to breathe in the fresh Hokkaido air. I truly felt at home during my stay!

The onsen facilities at Hakodate Hotel Banso are great! The cleanliness and variety of bathing options were fantastic. I loved spending time in the milky bath and appreciated the soothing amenities provided. Everything, from the showers to the relaxation areas, was well-maintained. The addition of free towels and a comfortable resting space made my experience even better. This is a must-visit if you enjoy onsen culture!
